Scoreboard is an app for keeping score in games among friends and family. It is made by Neo21 Studios LLC. This page explains, in plain words, what data the app handles, what it is used for, and how to ask us to delete it.

The short version: no ads, no tracking across apps or websites, no selling of data, and no analytics tools. What we store is what you type so that your game works.

What we store

The app asks for camera and photo access only when you tap the button to add a photo. If you never use it, we never access them.

What it is used for

We do not use this data for advertising or to build behavioral profiles.

Who else sees it

We do not share your data with anyone else, and we do not sell it.

How long we keep it

Your games stay stored for as long as they exist. You can delete a game from the app at any time, and whoever created it can delete it for everyone. If you delete the app without deleting your games, that information stays on the server and, because the anonymous account lives on that device, you may lose access to it.

How to ask us to delete your data

Email contact@neo21studios.com and tell us you want your account and data deleted. We do it within 30 days. To find your anonymous account we need the user ID shown in the app under Profile → Account → User ID.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child gave us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Security

Everything travels encrypted over HTTPS, and access to each game is limited by server-side rules: only members of a game can read it, and only its admin can change the scores. No system is perfect, but we try to store only what is needed.

Changes to this policy

If something important changes, we update this page and the date above. If the change affects how we use your data, we will let you know inside the app.
